Higgins Forever
I posted a Kevin Higgins card a few months ago; on it he was missing a tag. This one isn't much different. Poor guy! He was only around for one season; they could have at least gotten a picture of him tagging somebody, getting a hit or something. I mean, come on. This shot was from one of Higgins's 59 games at catcher for the '93 Padres- he played in 12 others at 1B, 2B, 3B, LF & RF. The play on this card took place June 13, 1993. Eric Karros scored on a Brett Butler single with two outs in the top of the second to score the Dodgers' second run in a 2-1 Padres loss.

If memory serves me correctly, Kevin Higgins was a stud at Arizona State. As a second baseman.
